Changes:

Server now follows the current official effect of skills for 3rd classes but mechanics and most database still follow pre-renewal.

Stone Skin and Echo Song now affects Soft Def (vit def/right side)

New @nolootid command. Allow players to ignore specific items dropped by monsters (opposite effect with @alootid)

Script clean ups
